Product Manager

📋 Description Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Clearing & Settlement. Define strategy aligned to customer needs, operational efficiency, scheme requirements, and business goals. Translate market, client, and scheme requirements into product requirements and priorities. Manage clearing message ingestion and processing. Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and controls for accuracy and auditable outcomes. Drive delivery of new payment scheme integrations and network capabilities. 🎯 Requirements Expert knowledge of card clearing and settlement processes (Visa, Mastercard). Understanding of settlement reporting, reconciliation, interchange, assessments, and scheme fees. Ability to translate complex payment and scheme requirements into product plans. Stakeholder management and strong execution skills. Technical fluency, comfortable collaborating with engineers on APIs and integrations.
