Product Manager

📋 Description Define why, when, and what of the products, leading teams from ideation to launch. Build a product strategy reflecting Ironwood Digitals vision and value. Own and optimize the release process, coordinating activities to market. Manage and prioritize initiatives using market trends and customer needs. Define and analyze key product metrics to improve performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business, or related field. 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product. Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development. Exceptional decision-making and communication skills. Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
