About the role

Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, focusing on ecommerce operations software.

Product Manager Remote | Full-Time ABOUT IMPLENTIO Solstice Analytics is building the intelligence layer for modern ecommerce operations. We help DTC and ecommerce brands recover lost money and eliminate operational waste across their parcel and 3PL networks through software, data, and deep operational expertise. Our platform identifies billing errors, uncovers inefficiencies, and transforms messy operational data into clear, high-impact decisions. Behind the technology is a team that has spent years operating inside high-growth ecommerce and logistics environments. We know how complex these systems are because we have run them ourselves. Solstice Analytics is backed by leading venture investors and led by a founding team with a track record of building and scaling successful companies. We are building a focused, high-caliber team that values clear thinking, moves quickly, and takes real ownership of outcomes. If you are excited about building software that solves real operational problems for some of the fastest-growing ecommerce brands, we would love to meet you. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Product Manager to lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, with real ownership over what gets built and why. You will help define how we turn customer problems and operational complexity into durable, scalable product improvements. This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with customers, engineering, and the product itself. Experience in fulfillment operations, logistics, 3PL, or ecommerce is strongly preferred. Experience with technical, complex products built on large datasets is also strongly preferred. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own core product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and customer discovery through design, development, and launch. Work directly with customers to deeply understand how DTC brands manage parcel and 3PL operations, translating real operational pain points into high-impact product opportunities. Partner closely with engineering and design to ship thoughtful, high-quality features that solve complex operational problems. Define product requirements and priorities using a mix of customer insight, data analysis, and company strategy. Shape the evolution of our platform as we expand our AI-driven capabilities for logistics intelligence, cost recovery, and operational decision-making. Help design and ship AI-enabled product capabilities, ensuring they are reliable, explainable, and genuinely useful within real operational workflows. Analyze product usage and operational data to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and new product capabilities. Collaborate with leadership, customer success, and sales to ensure the product delivers measurable value to customers. Help build the product culture and processes of a growing company where clarity of thinking and strong execution matter. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role with real ownership and cross-functional execution. Strong product judgment. You can identify the real problem behind the noise and prioritize work that creates meaningful customer and business impact. A builder's mindset. You are comfortable operating in an environment where the path is not always fully defined and where product managers are expected to drive outcomes, not just manage processes. Technical fluency. You do not need to be an engineer, but you are comfortable working closely with engineers, understanding technical tradeoffs, and reasoning about data and systems. Analytical thinking. You are comfortable working with data to understand product usage, identify patterns, and inform product decisions. Clear communication. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely across engineering, leadership, and customers. Customer confidence. You are comfortable speaking directly with customers and leading discovery conversations, understanding operational challenges, and representing the product thoughtfully in front of sophisticated operators. Ownership and accountability. You take responsibility for outcomes and follow problems through until they are solved. Curiosity about operations. You are interested in how complex systems work, including logistics networks, operational workflows, and the data behind them. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You develop strong product intuition for our space, quickly understanding our customers, their workflows, and where the biggest opportunities for improvement exist. Product decisions become clearer and more disciplined. Problems are well defined, priorities are thoughtful, and the team has confidence in the direction. The product consistently improves in ways customers notice. The features and improvements you help drive solve real operational problems and deliver measurable value. Engineering moves faster with more clarity. Requirements are well thought out, tradeoffs are understood, and teams can execute efficiently. You become a trusted voice in product
