Product Manager

📋 Description Act as single point of accountability for product requests and escalations. Prioritize requests and align with key product initiatives. Partner with account management, product, and engineering to unblock issues quickly. Absorb noise and ad-hoc requests before reaching research/engineering. Identify and ship high-impact, low-effort improvements with clear owners and milestones. Drive delivery from kickoff through launch. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in PM/CS roles delivering SaaS enterprise results. Experience in ambiguous, high-pressure environments. Proven ability to drive outcomes without direct authority. Strong prioritisation; urgent vs important instincts. Experience working with product and engineering teams.
