Product Manager – Network & Security Solutions Location: ORA Electronics Center, Quiapo, Manila Employment Type: Full-time (8:00am - 5:00pm) Face to Face employment About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager – Network & Security Solutions to manage and develop our portfolio of CCTV, network switches, access control, UPS, and other ICT and security solutions . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies for CCTV, network switches, access control, UPS, and network/security solutions . Manage the complete product lifecycle, from product planning and introduction to phase-out. Coordinate with local and international vendors regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, promotions, and technical support . Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Provide product training, presentations, and technical product support to the sales team and business partners. Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to develop product campaigns and sales initiatives. Assist in preparing BOQ/BOM, product comparisons, proposals, and solution recommendations when required. Support sales teams and customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions based on their requirements. Monitor product performance, sales results, inventory levels, and market demand. Maintain updated product information, specifications, pricing, and marketing materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, dealers, system integrators, and key customers . Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field . At least 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, or a related role in the ICT, networking, CCTV, or security industry . Strong knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems, network switches, access control systems, UPS, networking, and security solutions . Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, dealers, or system integrators is an advantage. Ability to understand and present technical product specifications and solution requirements . Strong skills in vendor coordination, product planning, market analysis, pricing, and business development . Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical, organized, and results oriented. Willing to work onsite in Quiapo, Manila .
