That is why Northwind Robotics has launched with Civitfun, a SaaS (Software as a Service) brand that offers a complete suite to automate the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, in hotels, hotel chains, resorts, vacation rentals and hostels. Job Summary We are looking for a Functional Product Manager for our Civitfun brand who will help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. You will play a central role in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to align business needs with strategic objectives while bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Job Responsibilities Define and maintain the product Roadmap based on the stakeholder needs, business goals and market insights. Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and smooth implementation. Understand and communicate the impact of API´s, Middleware and Platform Architecture on product capabilities and integration. Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical cost in collaboration with stakeholders Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement. Act as a strategic partner to sales, customer success and market teams. Required Skillset and Experience 4+ years experience of product management experience in a B2B SaaS Environment. Strong understanding and proven working experience with technical concepts such as API´s, Integrations, middleware, and cloud based platforms. Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in Agile Scrum environments. Experience translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions Comfortable navigating cross-functional conversations and leading without authority Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision making skills Advanced English and Spanish is required for this role At Northwind Robotics , we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
