📋 Description Own and manage the product backlog, clearly defined and prioritized Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories Partner with engineering and design to ensure clarity and quality Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement to keep the team on track Deliver backlog-driven work and ship AI features quickly (30–45 days) Build strong relationships with clients and delivery teams from day one 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in product management or product ownership Experience in Higher Education (Colleague ERP, SIS, LMS) Strong understanding of agile delivery practices Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience working with clients or external stakeholders Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro 🎁 Benefits Curiosity about prototyping with AI tools (e.g., Claude) Experience with process-mapping or documentation tools GenAI fundamentals knowledge (LLMs, prompt engineering) Exposure to AI-powered products and curiosity to learn how they're built Vertical depth in industries such as Consumer Products, Education, Energy
