Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the Product Manager is responsible for leading product execution across TraceGains platform products and capabilities, with an emphasis on driving adoption, innovation, AI-enabled productivity, and measurable business impact. This role will be located remotely in the U.S. In this role, a typical day will look like: Lead product discovery, definition, and delivery across TraceGains platform products and capabilities, including horizontal workflows, shared services, data-driven experiences, and AI-enabled features Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure roadmap alignment, timely delivery, launch readiness, and ongoing enablement Manage the product backlog, making clear prioritization decisions based on user value, market opportunity, business goals, AI/data readiness, technical feasibility, and operational impact Drive go-to-market success by working closely with Product Marketing to develop positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, enablement materials, and adoption programs Define, track, and communicate product outcomes and metrics to measure success and guide continuous improvement across adoption, retention, efficiency, engagement, quality, and revenue impact Drive go-to-market success by working closely with Product Marketing to develop positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, enablement materials, and adoption programs The essential requirements of the job include: 3+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B/Enterprise markets, preferably SAAS. Minimum 1 year of product management experience with AI-enabled products, AI-assisted workflows, machine learning features, generative AI, copilots, agents, automation, predictive insights, or similar intelligent product capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, executives, technical partners, and customer-facing stakeholders. Proven track record of taking products or major capabilities from concept to successful launch and scale. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $128,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
