Product Manager, Agent Development (Portuguese)

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements: 5 to 7+ years of experience developing highly technical products Prior experience in product management or a comparable product development function at Senior Product Manager level or above Experience shaping and adapting messaging for prospective customers, including senior executives Ability to explain complex technical ideas to both non-technical and technically skilled audiences, including recent AI advancements Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English A degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience AI-related experience, particularly in product development for AI agents, is a plus Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go is advantageous MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus Background in roles that work directly with end customers to influence software development is beneficial Responsibilities: Partner closely with our engineers and customers to build and launch enterprise-grade AI agents that manage thousands of customer conversations each day Work directly with customers across all levels of their organization to uncover and assess needs Prepare and deliver product demonstrations of our agent Resolve technical challenges in business processes by collaborating with technical stakeholders Improve and adapt our virtual agents to meet and anticipate customer needs and operational workflows Become a trusted advisor and help shape strategic technical direction for customers Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to define and deliver new features critical to customer success Technologies: AI AI Agents Support Product Manager React TypeScript CTO Salesforce VR More: We are Sierra, an in-person company creating a platform that helps businesses deliver more human customer experiences with AI.
