📋 Description Own the Accounting & Finance Automation pillar in Solstice Analytics' Finance OS. Define product for global finance teams across LatAm, US, Europe. Translate accounting needs into AI-powered automation features. Partner with Sales, CS, Engineering, Design, and leadership. Map customer requirements into actionable product scope. Build AI-powered features that accountants trust and adopt. 🎯 Requirements Profile 1: CPA/CA or accounting degree + 2+ yrs in accounting/finance ops. Profile 1: Deep knowledge of how finance teams work, data, and compliance. Profile 1: 2+ yrs PM/PO/tech roles in financial software. Profile 2: 3+ yrs PM in B2B SaaS/fintech with complex integrations. Profile 2: Proven ERP/accounting software integration experience. Shared: Strong SQL, data analysis, and understanding of data flows.
