The Role: We’re looking for a Product Manager to help improve and scale Aperture Cloud products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of product areas and work closely with engineering, design, legal, and marketing to deliver and improve features end-to-end. You won’t be tied to a single area, priorities evolve, so being comfortable moving across different parts of the platform and picking things up quickly is important. Your Day-to-Day: Own and improve core product areas across the platform (e.g. trading, wallets, onboarding, staking) Work closely with engineering and design to deliver features and resolve issues Navigate real-world constraints (legal, compliance, technical limitations) Prioritize based on impact and keep things moving even when things are not fully defined Improve existing flows, not just build new features Support launches with marketing and legal when needed Comfortable working in a remote and distributed team What success looks like: Core product flows become simpler and more reliable Features move forward smoothly and blockers are handled proactively Product areas improve in usability, reliability, and overall user experience Products become more attractive and usable for institutional users Teams are unblocked and able to move forward efficiently What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of product experience (or equivalent hands-on ownership) Experience working on consumer-facing financial or cryptocurrency products is a strong plus Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex flows Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical constraints Able to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information Clear communication, especially in async environments Proactive mindset and ability to drive things forward What We Offer: Flexible Work & Remote-Friendly Culture Mentorship & Growth Competitive Pay Career Development Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Learning & Knowledge Sharing Team-Building Activities Social activities (online & in-person) A collaborative environment where your creati
