📋 Description Own product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning. Translate objectives into actionable product directions. Balance trade-offs across trading, growth, accounts, and UX. Build and lead the product team; hiring and performance mgmt. Establish methodologies to improve delivery and execution. Collaborate with Eng, Design, Data, Compliance, and Ops to resolve dependencies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; CS/Engineering/Business preferred. 8+ years in product; 3–5+ years leading product teams. Experience with complex product ecosystems; trading/account/B2B back-office a plus. Ability to understand tech, UX, and business objectives; strong judgment. Highly results-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments.
