📋 Description Own technical direction and architecture for the product group. Stay hands-on with code, design, and production issues. Lead technical design reviews and implementation planning. Mentor engineers through design and code reviews. Translate priorities into practical technical plans with PMs. Own L3 escalation and remediation for assigned systems. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of hands-on software engineering. 3+ years as technical lead or architect. Hands-on coding and production troubleshooting. Strong architecture, APIs, data modeling, and scalability. Able to lead design without formal people mgmt.
