Product Expert – Veeva RIM Submissions, Archive, and Publishing

📋 Description Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva RIM products Stay up to date with the latest features and roadmap direction and be able to communicate the Provide education for Veeva RIM customers in our Customer Communities and a range of forums. Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision. Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within the Veeva RIM product suite. Be the customer advocate for future product innovations. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer 🎯 Requirements 3+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory 3+ years of experience working in consulting, solution consulting, support, or business liaison Experience in using and/or implementing RIM applications and processes including substantial Ability to understand customer business requirements and to translate them to problem statements Ability to understand technical specifications and software development documentation and translate Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite
