📋 Description Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva Clinical Operations Act as a champion for Veeva's key product enhancements, including Veeva AI vision and roadmap Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within the Veeva Clinical Operations Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision Provide product education to Veeva Clinical Operations customers in meetings and online communities Be the customer advocate internally, gathering and prioritizing customer feedback for release 🎯 Requirements 5+ years working in Clinical Operations (Clinical Trials) with hands-on experience in CTMS, eTMF Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical product Ability to translate product vision, technical specifications, and software documentation for end Experience interacting with customers from business, IT, and executive levels, both in-person and Strong analytical and English skills (written, verbal, formal presentations) Passion for emerging technologies, specifically AI, and ability to articulate AI-driven features
