Product Engineer II - Cloud Infrastructure

📋 Description Plan, design, test, and release ArcGIS Online components across AWS, Azure, VMware. Contribute to design, API QA, and cloud software update improvements. Assist in designing, testing, and validating security features for ArcGIS Online. Perform functional and workflow testing, manual and automated. Troubleshoot, investigate, and triage customer-reported issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate solutions. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in GIS (ArcGIS Enterprise/ArcGIS Online) and software testing. Experience creating/executing test plans and UI/web service automation. Hands-on deploying/managing apps in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (EC2, S3, SQS, Kubernetes). Understanding of REST APIs and web services. Experience automating workflows via scripting.
