Product Engineer I

📋 Description Design, develop, and improve mechanical components, assemblies, and mechanisms for new product Create and maintain detailed CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks Conduct root cause investigations, analyze test and production data, and implement corrective Perform design reviews, tolerance stack-up analyses, DFMEA assessments, and design verification Prototype, validate, and optimize designs using rapid prototyping techniques, including 3D printing Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing, and 🎯 Requirements Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required 3+ years of experience in product development, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a Proficiency with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, mechanisms Experience with plastic injection molding, engineered plastics, and extrusion-based product design Knowledge of design validation methodologies including DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and statistical 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance 401(k) plan with employer matching Paid parental leave Time off with pay Wellness programs and product discounts Bonus target range: 10%
