Product Enablement Manager

📋 Description Own the development, quality, and timely publication of client-facing product release notes Manage the client-facing product roadmap, maintaining accurate and compelling external messaging Partner with Product teams to shape in-product guidance, including messaging, tooltips Serve as a trusted point of reference for product changes, helping external partners and clients Independently design and deliver recurring product training programs covering product capabilities Deliver training through multiple formats, including live sessions, recorded modules, external 🎯 Requirements Bring 8+ years of experience in training resource development, training program delivery Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex SaaS products quickly Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product Have experience owning client-facing product communications such as release notes, product Demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment across functions, and Bring strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, reliable 🎁 Benefits Annual base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 USD, with actual compensation based on experience Eligibility for additional annual bonus compensation through an incentive plan.
