Product Designer (B2B SaaS)

Efectivo Efectivo is a platform supporting warehouse and production management based on real-time data. The system combines software, hardware, and telemetry to support operations in logistics and industrial environments. We are looking for an independent Product Designer who can take ownership of UX/UI across the product and work closely with Product and Engineering teams. This role is focused on solving product and user problems — not just designing visually appealing screens. You will become the first in-house Product Designer in the company and work directly with the Product Owner and development team. Responsibilities Designing user flows and interfaces for a B2B SaaS platform Creating product solutions based on business goals and user problems Collaborating closely with Product Owner and Engineering teams Managing the design process from discovery to developer handoff Preparing designs and specifications for developers Building and maintaining the design system in Figma Designing reports and data visualizations Improving UX/UI consistency across the platform Proactively identifying product improvement opportunities Supporting marketing with presentations and visual assets when needed Must have 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS product environment Experience working on an in-house product rather than only agency/software house projects Experience collaborating with Product Managers/Product Owners and developers Ability to design solutions before detailed acceptance criteria exist Strong UX-first mindset Experience preparing designs for developer handoff Very good knowledge of Figma Experience designing reports and data visualizations Strong ownership and self-management skills Portfolio showing product thinking and problem-solving process Nice to have Startup or smaller product company experience Experience with B2B or technical systems Design system management experience Basic understanding of frontend limitations and implementation Marketing collaboration experience Offer 15000–21000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) Real impact on product UX and design direction Ownership over the design area in the company Hybrid work model — Wrocław + remote Long-term B2B cooperation Startup environment with high autonomy Work on a product combining software, hardware, and telemetry Tech stack / tools Figma • Design Systems • Product Design • UX Design • B2B SaaS • Data Visualization • User Flows
