📋 Description Design product experiences for Vantage Compute's global Family Engagement products. Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering to shape experiences. Maintain a consistent UX by contributing to the design system. Use analytics to improve products and identify growth opportunities. Partner with PMs and engineers to roadmap aligned to user needs. Gather educator and family feedback to inform decisions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a product designer; 1-2 years consumer-scale UX. Strong portfolio showing solving user-facing problems and impact. Excellent communication; flexible; able to act on stakeholder feedback. Cross-functional experience with designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers. Design at system and screen level; handle complex flows; responsive patterns.
