Advocate for 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, with 1+ years leading a small PM team or owning a Deep expertise in at least one area: payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that move meaningful business metrics. Strong people leadership skills—mentoring PMs, building team culture, creating accountability. Strategic thinking—you can hold competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
