With guidance from the Lead Product Designer and Product team, you will contribute to workshopping solutions for each feature, keeping users' needs in focus alongside available time and resources. You will create wireframes and diagrams for early workflow and UI planning, progressing to interactive mock-ups for review by managers, sales, and clients. Upon approval by Product and Design Management, you will support the handoff of final specifications to the technical team and assist through sprint cycles. As the ideal candidate, you enjoy collaborating in a team environment to help define and design system features at a functional level. You are comfortable working with user requirements, basic user workflows, UI elements, and expected inputs/outputs, and are developing your understanding of back-end systems and testing frameworks. You can communicate system functionality and requirements clearly — in writing, verbally, and visually — and are eager to grow your technical knowledge over time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, feature objectives, and technical requirements. Some experience working in, or exposure to, a software product development environment. Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Design, Figma Make) to rapidly accelerate ideation, explore concepts, generate interface variations, create functional prototypes, and improve design communication across product and engineering workflows. A growing technical knowledge balanced with creative ability and a hands-on approach. Able to work independently on defined tasks while asking for help and direction when needed. Strong attention to detail, including clear documentation skills. Able to listen and develop an understanding of product and user requirements.
