You should be great at steering agents, validating output, catching subtle issues early, and debugging code you did not manually write. Position Overview & Priorities ​ We are seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Product Designer – UI/UX Expert who can combine user-centered design expertise with strategic product thinking. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces — you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences that align with business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities. ​ You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of conversational and AI-powered experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, impactful, and scalable. Primary responsibility would be: Brainstorm and bring new ideas to create/improve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs that simplify complex interactions. Conduct user studies, product research, and usability testing to inform design decisions Take design concepts from ideation to final handoff, ensuring consistency across platforms. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to roll out pixel-perfect, production-ready designs. Build and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across verticals.
