📋 Description Partner with the VSC Group Product Manager and Engineering Director to set product vision and roadmap. Champion quality and user-centered design across all team work. Manage and mentor a small design team, fostering growth and collaboration. Design, prototype and ship experiences that help users make smarter financial decisions. Collaborate with Research, Design Systems, Data Analytics, and Product Design Ops. Collaborate with other Design Team Leads to improve process and cohesion. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in UX design or similar, with a track record of impactful solutions and leadership. 2+ years in a design management role. Proficient in Figma; experienced with Claude and ChatGPT and Figma releases. Skilled mentor capable of leading initiatives from concept to completion.
