Product Design Manager

📋 Description Own design quality across your team's web and mobile product areas. Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers. Translate product strategy into focused design execution. Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads. Raise the craft bar; contribute to design critiques and the design system. Lead your team in adopting AI tools to accelerate design. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. 1–3 years of experience managing product designers. Strong product thinking and craft judgment. Connect design work to customer problems, business tradeoffs, and strategy. Build trust with teammates and stakeholders; be clear, accountable, and decisive.
