Join us, and help redefine how the world’s most innovative lenders do business. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sharp Product Analyst to support the strategy and execution of our core technical platform and data infrastructure products. You will serve as the analytical backbone of the team translating data into insights, tracking platform health, and enabling better product decisions through rigorous measurement and documentation. This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about data, platform operations, and product craft, and who wants to grow into a senior product or data role in a fast-paced fintech environment. What you will be doing: Analytics & Insights: Own the collection, analysis, and reporting of key platform metrics including system uptime, API latency, developer deployment frequency, and data quality scores. Build and maintain dashboards to track platform health and adoption trends across internal consumers. Proactively surface anomalies, regressions, or usage trends and translate them into clear product recommendations. Product Support & Documentation: Support the PM in writing and maintaining PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions. Document findings from stakeholder interviews, incident reviews, and backlog grooming sessions. Stakeholder Research: Gather and synthesize feedback from internal platform consumers such as application developers, data analysts, and other PMs to identify friction points and unmet needs. Assist in running lightweight discovery sessions and translating qualitative feedback into structured problem statements. Data & Platform Operations: Monitor data pipeline health and flag issues across ingestion, transformation, and delivery layers. Work with Engineering and Data teams to validate data quality and ensure accuracy of reported metrics. Execution Support: Track sprint progress, manage the product backlog under PM direction, and flag risks or blockers. Assist in preparing materials for roadmap reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations. Help coordinate dependency management across platform and application teams. What you'll bring: 2–4 years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, business analyst, or associate PM role, ideally in a technical or platform product environment. Strong SQL proficiency comfortable writing complex queries against data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) to answer product questions independently. Working knowledge of data infrastructure concepts: data pipelines, APIs, data warehousing, and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc.). Familiarity with cloud and microservices environments (AWS/GCP/Azure, REST APIs, containerization concepts) - you don't need to write infrastructure code, but you should be able to read architecture docs and ask the right questions. Clear written communication - able to translate technical findings into crisp summaries for both engineers and business stakeholders. Experience with project/product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field or equivalent hands-on experience. Nice to Have: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, dbt, or Airflow. Experience in a fintech or enterprise SaaS environment. Familiarity with internal developer platforms (IDPs) or platform engineering concepts. Prior experience supporting a senior PM or working in an embedded analytics function. What a Typical Day Might Look Like: Pulling platform usage data from Snowflake to answer a question raised during the weekly metrics review. Updating the team's health dashboard after a data pipeline regression was flagged overnight. Drafting user stories for an upcoming sprint with acceptance criteria reviewed by the PM. Interviewing two internal engineering teams to document
