Product Analyst

Salary: $93,600 - 97,760 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; a high school diploma or GED is required At least 2 years of experience or education in analysis, business process change, or a similar area Eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship Experience building strong collaborative relationships Ability to apply continuous integration, iterative development, and outcomes-based delivery Ability to independently select analysis methods and techniques to achieve results Ability to work effectively with ambiguity in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment Desired: Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare experience, including familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance exchanges, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, PCI, and PHI Desired: Experience in an internal or commercial software development organization and with Agile software development life cycles Desired: Understanding of security considerations in the relevant domain Desired: Experience in the product domain and understanding of related business processes and workflows Responsibilities: Work with Solution Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, facilitate demos and iterative product reviews, and help ensure solutions deliver business value Write detailed developer and quality analyst user stories with clear acceptance criteria, including identifying and obtaining data needed for development and testing Coordinate with external teams to understand acceptance criteria and combine findings and designs into an effective solution Participate in system demos and Inspect and Adapt events to support improvements across the Agile Release Train Accept or reject work results and approve completed user stories Analyze data, design and review data models, assess data quality, and contribute to database design in collaboration with Architects Take on other cross-functional duties as needed Technologies: Support Network Security More: We are recruiting for a Product Analyst on a contract assignment with a leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager in Minnesota. The opportunity is expected to last 6+ months and pays $45–$47 per hour on a W-2 basis, depending on qualifications.
