Principal UX Researcher

📋 Description Define and evolve UX research practice with governance and scaling. Drive strategic research informing product strategy with executive leadership. Lead foundational and generative research to uncover unmet needs and shape roadmaps. Partner cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights. Represent UX Research in executive forums and design reviews. Build and scale research operations: recruitment, repositories, self-serve capabilities. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in UX/design research, with 6+ years at senior/staff scope. Deep expertise across qualitative, quantitative, generative, and evaluative methods. Proven track record leading research shaping product strategy at organizational level. Experience defining and scaling a research practice: processes, tooling, governance, operations. Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
