Create architecture diagrams, design docs, best-practice guides; demos. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years ServiceNow experience; at least 3 years as SME in architecture. Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules; at least two modules (ITOM/ITAM/CSM/SecOps/IRM/HRSD). Deep experience across ServiceNow process areas. Expert-level development: JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes; Flow Designer; Service Portal; custom apps. Strong integration: IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP; data governance best practices. Excellent presentation and communication; articulate trade-offs to execs; stakeholder alignment. Certifications: CSA; CIS (any product); CAD; CTA bonus.
