📋 Description Lead and manage a team of senior and staff software engineers, driving team growth and performance Own the architecture and execution of commercial partner integrations, including ride-hailing Enforce API-first architecture and separation of concerns between partner-specific logic and core Architect and scale real-time customer assistance features (multi-camera video streaming, two-way Ensure high availability and reliability of partner endpoints with enterprise-grade observability Act as primary technical point of contact for external partner engineering teams and 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management Expert-level proficiency in Golang and Python for microservices and event-driven architectures Experience designing B2B partner APIs or public API platforms with 99.99% SLA Strong experience with AWS cloud-native services (EKS/Kubernetes, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway Demonstrated success in managing delivery cycles, technical roadmaps, and coaching staff engineers Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
