Job Title Principal Software Engineer, Security Job Requisition 22531.36.3 Salary $221,000.00 to $299,000.00 per Year Job Location San Ramon, California Job Duties Perform SaaS Platform Authorization security design and architectures. Handle digital transformation of authentication and authorization into Distributed Platform. Distributed authorization and security tokens with DynamoDB and Amazon Cloud AWS. Perform platform authorization for License Management and Entitlement Pricing. Provide technical leadership for several distributed teams and oversee project execution. Perform data and system migration from Shared to Kubernetes Operator based RDMBS systems. Find and propose solutions to improve Nimbus Data Systems's products and design, implement roadmap features, and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders. Contribute to quality and security through Agile driven test-based development, documentation, and continuous integration processes. Contribute to all activities that deliver product to customers, including but not limited to, product design, planning, implementation, quality assurance, and product launch. Learn and share knowledge in security domain, including authentication and authorization. Maintain high security standards for Nimbus Data Systems products to safeguard customer data. Collaborate with different internal teams and stakeholders to deliver software that is highly scalable, resilient, and secure. Supervises five (5) Software and Senior Software Engineers. Remote work is permissible within a commutable distance from the worksite. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field and 120 months of experience in the job offered or in a related position.
