📋 Description Define and drive the technical vision for Communications Platform; translate into roadmaps. Architect high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure powering tens of millions daily. Lead cross-team initiatives spanning multiple teams and long-term impact. Own the API and platform design philosophy with safety as a constraint. Identify systemic risks and platform debt; champion investments. Be a multiplier across engineering teams; establish best practices at scale. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in backend or full-stack engineering with ownership of large systems. Distributed systems thinker; design/operate services under real load. Proficient in at least one server-side language: C#, Java, Go, or C++. Clear communicator; write sharp technical specs; reason trade-offs. End-to-end owner; drive projects from requirements to production.
