📋 Description Design, build, and evolve the bridge between Codex harness and research infra Own integration surfaces end-to-end: architecture, API design, rollout Build reliable, containerized execution systems for large-scale training Partner with research, agent, infra, and platform teams for new use cases Design clean interfaces and workflows for highly technical internal users Establish durable abstractions to prevent long-term technical debt 🎯 Requirements Significant experience building and scaling backend or infrastructure systems Strong API design, systems design, and engineering fundamentals Detail-oriented with deep care for correctness and reliability Ability to work with demanding technical users while staying disciplined Track record leading cross-functional technical efforts Strong product sense and user empathy for internal platforms
