Mentor engineers and lift the team's technical proficiency. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in Android/iOS apps; strong Kotlin; multi-module architecture; performance. Proven track record leading mid-to-large projects end-to-end. Technical strategy aligned with business; roadmaps; own outcomes. Trading/fintech background; order placement, market data; algo trading a plus. Rust/UniFFI/FFI experience; cross-language; shared core ownership.
