Principal Product Manager

📋 Description Drive product discovery by interviewing customers and target users. Own product strategy and define roadmap with executives. Contribute to solutions with knowledge of business constraints, customers, and tech limits. Advocate for customer needs by understanding observability challenges with Cobalt Streamworks. Be accountable for outcomes; measure if shipped solutions solve the problem. Set, track, and manage product KPIs; report to leadership. 🎯 Requirements Deep observability knowledge; OpenTelemetry and Prometheus expert. Software operations experience — operated non-trivial software in production. Strong data analysis skills; derive insights from complex data sets. Exceptional communication and collaboration with product teams, stakeholders, and executives. Leadership and mentorship to elevate others.
