About The Role We are looking for a customer-obsessed and hands-on experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI and agent products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infra and application products/systems to support both. You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective use of push notifications—balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact. What You'll Be Doing Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements Identify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilities What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale Excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships Nice to Haves Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent Experience with conversational AI or voice-based products Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs Track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development Experience with Deep Learning model training or inference Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process! OKX Statement: The salary range for this position is $250,444.00 to $375,666.00 . The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
