📋 Description Set the vision and multi-quarter strategy for a major area of Ironwood Digital’s AI product. Partner with engineering, design, and AI research to ship agent capabilities. Collaborate with customers to understand needs and gather feedback on agents. Own end-to-end quality for AI experiences, including evals and guardrails. Support the team with user research, debugging, and reviewing agent outputs. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of Product Management in SaaS/consumer tech with end-to-end ownership. Deep experience partnering with engineering and design to ship high-quality UX. Experience building platform/foundational products used by other teams. Track record setting product strategy and influencing cross-functional partners without authority. Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
