📋 Description UI & System Leadership: In partnership with the Design Systems team, serve as a UI platform and Strategic Partnership: Partner with cross functional UI Platform leads to align vision with design Raise the craft: Enable Okta Research and Development teams through clear alignment and Data Informed Decision Making: Leverage data and AI insights to inform clear, platform-level design 🎯 Requirements Degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a Product Designer Proficient in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq and / or similar design tools Possesses knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript 10+ years of experience as Product Designer 🎁 Benefits health insurance dental insurance vision insurance RRSP with a match healthcare spending telemedicine
