📋 Description Own the People Analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap Lead advanced statistical and predictive modeling (attrition risk, workforce planning Define and maintain the company's north-star workforce metrics and KPI framework Build and maintain the dashboards, reports, and standardized reporting processes that power People Serve as principal analytics advisor to senior/executive leadership on org design, talent strategy Set technical direction, best practices, and mentorship for People Analytics work 🎯 Requirements Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with senior/executive stakeholders and translate Strong business acumen and consultative approach to partnering with HR and business leaders 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in People Analytics or Workforce Analytics Master's degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or related field Proven proficiency in SQL, Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, and Experience with Workday reporting and dashboarding
