Principal Penetration Tester

📋 Description Deliver offensive security services in network, cloud, mobile, web, AI and wireless testing and Collaborate with clients and engagement leaders to develop approach proposals. Help develop best practices, methodologies, and templates for the pentesting team. Achieve high client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations. Provide thought leadership via webinars, industry groups, and technical writings. Work with leadership to update and mature capabilities. 🎯 Requirements 5-10 years’ experience delivering offensive security services in at least two areas (network Certifications preferred: OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, GWAPT, CRTL Knowledge of tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Kali Linux. Strong analytic/problem-solving, client reporting, and written communication skills. Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and manage priorities. Mentor junior testers and contribute to repeatable processes and training materials. 🎁 Benefits Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 with total rewards package and merit-based increases. 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurances.
