Principal Machine Learning Engineer, AI

Salary: $227000 - 382000 per year Requirements: A masters degree or higher, or equivalent background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, emphasizing building products with cutting-edge multimodal LLMs Over 5 years of experience with a successful history of deploying large-scale ML models, particularly in the last 2-3 years with agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration Proven experience in creating engaging dialogue systems that support long conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant response generation Experience in developing AI services that manage vast numbers of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and strong fault tolerance Familiarity with diverse agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, Agents SDK, AutoGen, and production ML infrastructure A strong plus is having published articles, patents, or high-impact research Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction across teams and present to executive leadership Responsibilities: Create large-scale, fault-tolerant agentic experiences that serve millions of customers Design and implement various interaction modes for agents, such as Voice AI and Deep Research Develop robust evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety protocols to maintain the trustworthiness of our AI agents Stay at the forefront of emerging agentic technologies and transform them into market-ready products Lead intricate, multi-team projects that connect applied research with scalable engineering solutions Simplify complex research findings and AI system designs into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams Technologies: AI Support Machine Learning More: We are Keystone AI, a leading player in reshaping the real estate market and enhancing career journeys.
