Principal Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description Assess the existing production codebase for security vulnerabilities, scalability and performance Take increasing ownership of the overall technical health and architecture of the platform Own features end to end, from data modeling and architecture through implementation, testing Work across the full stack with a strong backend focus, while remaining hands on with Vue.js Serve as the internal technical counterpart to outside engineering partners, reviewing architecture Partner with the existing platform engineer on technical knowledge transfer, including 🎯 Requirements 8 to 12+ years of software engineering experience, including strong production experience with Proven experience owning significant portions of a production platform across backend architecture Proven experience assessing production applications for security, scalability, reliability, and Strong backend engineering depth, with the technical judgment to understand an existing system Experience reviewing and validating other engineers' or external development partners' work Ability to quickly understand and contribute within an existing codebase and technical direction 🎁 Benefits Multiple medical insurance options Employer contribution toward medical insurance premiums Dental and vision insurance options Supplemental life insurance Voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance 15 days of PTO annually
