Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant

Position overviewWe are looking for an experienced Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant to help Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations solve complex business challenges through data driven strategies and transformation initiatives.In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to define data strategies, lead organizational transformation programs, and deliver high value analytics initiatives. You will also contribute to business development activities and support the growth of the Data & Analytics practice.ResponsibilitiesDevelop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal account teams while gaining a deep understanding of business objectives and challengesLead collaborative engagements to identify, define, and solve complex data and analytics challenges aligned with client goalsWork with Practice Leadership and Account Management teams to develop account strategies and identify opportunities for data driven growthAct as the principal consultant for large scale data transformation initiatives and contribute to strategic deliverables, including assessments, roadmaps, and vision statementsParticipate in data and analytics presales activities, including opportunity qualification, RFP responses, proposal development, and deal closureSupport team growth by mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise across strategic client engagementsDrive measurable business outcomes by achieving revenue goals, expanding client relationships, and meeting utilization targetsContribute to the growth of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice through go to market initiatives, solution development, methodologies, and strategic programsRequirementsProven experience leading data strategy, data governance, data maturity, and data driven transformation initiatives within Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations, including healthcare providers, payers, non profit healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and medical device companiesExtensive experience in custom IT services, software development, IT solutions, or implementation environmentsExperience leading change management initiatives within enterprise organizationsExperience influencing data architecture, solution design, and technology selection for enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, and data science platformsExperience implementing data strategies that support the development of internal AI platformsExperience working within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries across the United States and EuropeStrong knowledge of healthcare and life sciences regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and the EU AI ActExtensive knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards and terminology, including FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, and ICD 10, as well as regulatory frameworks such as TEFCA and EHDSStrong understanding of data and technology consulting principles and best practicesExperience leading large scale data programs and supporting revenue growth across client portfoliosExperience collaborating with business development and sales engineering teamsProven ability to manage complex technology initiatives and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholdersDemonstrated success in building client relationships, facilitating strategic planning, and driving organizational adoptionSolid understanding of business operations, products, and servicesWhat We Offer:Vacation days: Up to 26 business days per year.10 illness/special days off per year (fully paid, no medical papers needed) for all contract typesHealth and life insurance (Luxmed)MyBenefit platform with Multisport optionInternal psychological support serviceEnglish language classes from the first working dayAccess to external learning platforms: O’Reilly, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and a wide catalog of diverse internal trainingFlexible workplace: work from the office, from home, or choose a hybrid optionTech Skills Mentoring ProgramOpportunities to develop as a public speaker, mentor, or technical interviewerFully paid idle (bench) when not involved in a projectCertification reimbursement (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, etc.)
