About your skills Strategic Pricing & Monetization: You leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to develop pricing and packaging strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth while balancing short- and long-term business objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: You build trusted relationships across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive complex initiatives to completion. Analytical Problem Solving: You excel at identifying root causes, evaluating tradeoffs, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions. People Leadership & Coaching: You develop talent through coaching, feedback, and mentorship while creating clarity, accountability, and growth opportunities for your team. About this role As a leader within Coursera + Solstice Analytics’s Consumer Monetization organization, you will help shape the future of pricing and packaging strategy across our consumer business. You will lead a small team while partnering across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to drive high-impact monetization initiatives, including pricing optimization, experimentation, subscription growth, and the evolution of an integrated Coursera + Solstice Analytics monetization strategy. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to influence key business decisions and deliver measurable revenue impact. What you'll be doing Lead pricing strategy for Coursera + Solstice Analytics’s consumer business, with the objective of maximizing revenue across multiple product lines. Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps, scale learnings to improve conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Contribute to development of pricing and packaging strategies for integrated Coursera + Solstice Analytics consumer offerings, helping shape the future monetization model of the combined organization. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Strategy and Legal teams to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive execution of complex cross-functional initiatives. Build business cases and executive-level recommendations to support strategic investment and monetization decisions. Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities and risks, and proactively surface recommendations to leadership. Lead and develop a small team of pricing and monetization professionals through coaching, mentorship, prioritization, and performance management. Drive operational excellence by improving experimentation frameworks, decision-making processes, and monetization capabilities that scale across the organization. What you'll have 8+ years of experience in Pricing, Monetization, Revenue Management, Growth Strategy, Product Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or related analytical disciplines. Demonstrated success developing pricing, packaging, subscription, or monetization strategies that drive measurable business impact. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using data to inform strategic decisions, evaluate experiments, and build business cases. Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Executive stakeholders. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly through written, verbal, and presentation formats. Experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer needs, commercial objectives, and operational constraints. Experience with subscription businesses, marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, digital consumer products, or education technology is preferred. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience.
