Practice Lead, Network Security - Southeast region

📋 Description Lead and grow GuidePoint's Network Security Practice. Oversee delivery of complex network security engagements. Build and mentor Network Security Engineers; drive career growth. Establish standards, methodologies, and best practices across engagements. Advise enterprise customers; lead architecture workshops and security assessments. Partner with Sales in pre-sales; design SOWs and present solutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field. 8+ years enterprise Network Security experience. 3+ years leading technical teams or engineering orgs. Deep experience designing/implementing enterprise NS solutions (consulting). SASE expertise (Netskope preferred), NGFWs, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent executive communication and client-facing skills. 🎁 Benefits Remote workforce primarily; US-based; some travel may be required.
