Salary: $145000 - 192000 per year Requirements: We need at least 4 years of experience with PowerApps/Power Platform or comparable low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Appian, or Mendix. We need solid experience developing applications in enterprise environments. We need hands-on expertise with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools. We need strong experience with Dataverse, SQL, or similar backend data stores. We need experience building API integrations and ingesting data from multiple sources. We need experience working with financial or commercial data, including trade spend, pricing, or margin-related processes. We need the ability to convert complex business processes into application workflows and business logic. We need strong problem-solving skills and clear stakeholder communication. We prefer experience with SAP or other ERP systems supporting financials or trade promotions. We prefer experience with trade promotion management, deductions, or coupon clearinghouse processes. We prefer experience using Power BI for embedded or external reporting. We value familiarity with gross-to-net calculations, revenue recognition concepts, data governance, audit controls, and financial compliance requirements. We prefer experience supporting process transformation or system modernization initiatives. Responsibilities: We will design, build, and deploy a PowerApps or similar low-code solution for coupon planning, setup, master data management, approval workflows, and redemption/spend tracking. We will work with Finance and Commercial teams to redesign gross-to-net processes tied to trade promotions and couponing. We will create integrations with upstream and downstream systems, including ERP platforms, trade systems, and clearinghouse data feeds, to maintain data accuracy and completeness. We will develop centralized data models that provide a single source of truth for coupon-related financial data. We will create dashboards and reporting in Power BI or embedded analytics for coupon performance, planned versus actual spend, margin impact, and accrual tracking. We will translate business needs into scalable technical architecture and workflow designs. We will implement data validation, controls, and auditability to support accurate financial reporting. We will improve application performance, usability, and scalability across user groups. We will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align definitions such as trade spend, deductions, and gross-to-net components. We will document application architecture, business rules, and data flows to support governance and maintenance. We will identify and deliver automation and process efficiency improvements.
