Portal Webmaster / Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the migration of content and data from SharePoint2016/2019 (on-premises) to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). Roles & Responsibilities Assist in migrating documents, lists, and libraries from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online. Validate migrated content for accuracy, completeness, and structure. Assist in populating content from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online. Maintain folder structures, metadata, and permissions during migration. Perform post-migration checks to ensure no data loss or corruption. Identify and flag missing files, broken links, or inconsistencies. Track migration progress in spreadsheets or tracking tools. Document issues, resolutions, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to project leads. Work closely with IT teams and project managers. Requirements Basic understanding of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. Basic HTML Knowledge. 1-2 years experience in website administration. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Will be added advantage if you have exposure to SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Prem and familiarity with SharePoint (basic navigation). This is a 1 year contract (renewable)
