PMO/Project Coordinator

Requirement Details: Position: Junior PMO Analyst Headcount: 1 Experience: 1+ years Duration : 6 Months (Extendable) Location: Singapore Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, resource tracking, and project administration activities across multiple projects and programs. The selected candidate will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain project plans, prepare status reports, track risks and issues, and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in project coordination and administrative activities. Maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and document repositories. Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, governance packs, and management presentations. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Assist with resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation tracking. Coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and track actions to closure. Update project financials, effort tracking, and budget information. Ensure project documentation complies with PMO standards. Monitor project health indicators and escalate concerns as needed. Support audit, compliance, and governance activities. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and consolidate project updates. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience preparing project reports, dashboards, and presentations. Understanding of project lifecycle management and governance processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
