About the role We are seeking a talented PMO & CI/UX professional to join our team at our Ortigas City office. You will bridge the gap between project management operations and user-centric design principles, ensuring that our solutions not only meet project objectives but also deliver exceptional user value. This role is essential to maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Oversee programmed and project management office (PMO) functions, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management Develop and maintain project documentation, governance frameworks, and standardised processes to ensure consistency across all initiatives Monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular status reports to senior stakeholders and executive leadership Facilitate continuous improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization Implement and embed user experience (UX) best practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring user-centric design principles are prioritized Conduct stakeholder engagement activities and manage communications across multiple project teams and departments Lead process improvement workshops and training sessions to drive organizational change and capability building Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project objectives, user requirements, and business goals Support risk management activities and develop mitigation strategies for identified project and operational risks Maintain project repositories, dashboards, and reporting systems to enhance transparency and decision-making What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in programmed and project management office operations within a technology or IT services environment Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and lean or six sigma methodologies Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable Experience in facilitating organizational change and driving process transformation initiatives Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Preferred experience in customer-focused industries or organizations with strong user experience focus What we offer Competitive contract compensation package aligned with your experience and expertise Opportunity to work on meaningful technology projects that drive real business impact Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values innovation and continuous learning Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in project management and UX design Access to industry-leading tools and technologies Flexible working arrangements where applicable to support work-life balance Supportive team culture with mentorship and knowledge-sharing opportunities Career progression potential within a growing organisation Apply now If you believe you are a strong fit for this PMO & CI/UX position and are ready to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional technology solutions, we would like to hear from you.
