Details: Work Shift: Night Shift (8pm-5am) Work Setup: RTO 2-4 times a month Office Address: 9/F SCMC Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) Building, Pasay, 1300 Equipment Provided Work life balance Night shift differential HMO Benefits upon hire Role Overview The Pre-Trade Platform Operations Analyst supports the integrity and efficiency of Client’s pre-trade processes by ensuring accurate fund setup, monitoring and updating platform data, and driving operational improvements. This role collaborates across internal teams to document requirements, streamline workflows, and implement automation solutions that improve the client and advisor experience. The analyst will be hands-on in managing data accuracy of the platform supporting operational readiness as part of the pre-trade lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Support operational processes and improvements, automation initiatives, and training efforts. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures. Monitor for issues and risks, escalate any inconsistencies, and partner with leadership on resolution. Manage internal/ external requests in a timely manner and procedurally update the platform accordingly. Evaluate, design, and enhance any macros, queries, dashboards, and automation logic. Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements and other ad hoc operational projects as assigned. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Moderate skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, and macros Background in operational data reconciliation and quality assurance. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Highly organized with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated dependability and ability to handle confidential business information. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, client service, or data analysis (preferred but not required). Prior experience in the financial services industry (preferred but not required).
